Terms & Conditions – THORNLOOM

By placing an order with THORNLOOM, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Work
All rugs are custom-made and one-of-one. Because of this, designs may have slight variations from the original concept or reference image.

Pricing & Payments -
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. - The remaining 50% must be paid in full before delivery or pickup. - No rug will be shipped or released until full payment is received.

No Refunds / Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. - Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. - Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

Design Approval
Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details. Once a design is approved and work begins, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

Production Time
Each rug is handmade and may take time to complete. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and complexity. Delays may occur.

Shipping & Delivery
THORNLOOM is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once the rug has been shipped.

Use of Designs
By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use that image. THORNLOOM is not responsible for copyright issues on customer-provided designs.

Care & Durability
All rugs are made with care, but normal wear and tear over time is expected. Proper care is the responsibility of the customer.
